Take I-25 South from Albuquerque to exit 215 (NM 47 South).  

Stay southbound on NM 47 approximately 11.5 miles through Isleta, Bosque Farms, and Peralta until reaching the intersection of NM 6 and NM 47 (Valencia "Y").  

Stay on NM 47 South (which means turning left at the light) and continue approximately a half a mile to the intersection of NM 47 and El Cerro.  

Turn left and head east 1.5 miles to the intersection of El Cerro and NM 263 where you bear right on to NM 263 heading south again 2.5 miles to the fork of 263 and Sandhill Road.

Number 6 is the first building on the right.
